This guy is a fraud and before you start a basement project, ask yourself this question...Can you really trust this guy. It was really unfortunate that I chose this guy to help me with my secondary suite. This guy ended up costing me a lot of money, frustration and to top it all off, his work was not even safe nor it met city's requirement. Please be sure to check out his rating on Better Business Bearues website and never make a terrible decision for trusting anything that comes out of his mouth.-
