I ordered a laptop battery online with pre-authorization of my credit card. My credit card was immediately charged. I received a mail confirming the receipt of order; I received later another mail cancelling my order saying that their supplier could not supply and my credit card is not charged. 2 weeks from then, my credit card remains to be charged. I tried to contact them by phone with no one picking up the phone. Surprisingly, their website also does not open showing error message. Have I been cheated?
