They're both well in their 80's . They'll expect you not to make any noise whatsoever and often want to conduct suite inspections for no real reason. They talk very loudly in the hall way and always try having lengthy conversations with all tenants even if they see you're trying to head to work. They're not afraid to get in your face about pretty much nothing. A few years ago they used to let a bunch of drug users live here but not so much anymore. The building is very clean compared to similar buildings in the area. The building was recently made a bit more handicap friendly by removing the pointless stairs at the enterance, but it looks incomplete. For years it seems like they've been doing work with the plumbing every month or two. Sometimes you can't use your water all day and you won't get any notice. I dont know how many times I've seen the walls and ceiling ripped out in the lobby. Water pressure still isnt even good. It's very affordable, but sometimes the building managers make me wish I lived somewhere else.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The building managers are more worried about filling the apartment suites with drug dealers, smokers, and drug users to get a bonus then doing their job. They leave multiple notes all over the building asking tenants to do everything that is actually their job as managers. They have in the 2 years I have been here shut the water off monthly to repair the same pipe. So no water all day while they tinker with the pipes. In the summer they mow the lawn every 2 days and I have witnessed the male manager weed wack the garden water hose every single time the lawn needs to be done. So he puts a clamp on the hose then in 2 days does it again. It would be less money and more efficient to be maybe move the hose? Just saying. the male manager gets drunk and wanders around the building standing outside tenants doors not sure what he's doing. His wife sits in the lobby and talks with other tenants about personal info regarding other tenants not present at the time in the lobby. (talking about others behind their backs) I know this because my apartment door is a few feet from the lobby. If you leave your window open on the first floor be prepared to have them park a lawn chair next to it and listen to every word you say and everything you do in the comfort odd your own apartment. I could keep going on and on-
