I recently moved out because I finally saved up enough money to buy a house. In the time I was there Earl and Anita (Landlords) were the best I have ever come across. They were caring, kind, patient and took very good care of my girlfriend and I. I will miss them very much and hope to be a landlord like them in my new investment property. As for the facility, its a great place. The owners put in a lot of money in this building and shows there is pride. Newly renovated balcony, new countertops,new carpets/ceramic tiles, and many new bathrooms. The building just was repainted and the landscaping, done by Anita, is just beautiful. In the front there are some really cool looking flowers. Lots of parking and the list goes on. If I did not buy a place, I would happily rent for a very long time. Price is fair and meets Nanaimo averages. Highly recommended accommodation.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend-
