By patient from LangleyGreatI saw the below rating and I was astonished. I felt very comfortable in the setting - I felt like the therapists were very well skilled and I received very good treatment. Better than I have in the last year and a half. They are very down to earth. I did not hear any gossip, but more relaxed conversation and laughter. I do agree the privacy curtains should definitely be used more though :)Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The owner's meddling husband who has no formal education or training is often present to insult and/or question patients. In addition, the many beds which have curtains for privacy are rarely used as the employees gossip and discuss personal issues and often interfere with treatment. The only registered physiotherapist, the owner, over books herself and is not able to spend enough time with paying patients. Overall a very negative experience.-
