With our advice he was advised the steps to take to allow him the ability so he COULD get bank financing. He expressed his gratitude and was very appreciative. Then the client engaged another broker who secured his financing, who then contacted us. Payout was requested and supplied within a timely manner to the solicitor handling the transaction. ALL parties where informed the process. For what ever reason, no one was listening. I can only speculate but it appeared to me, the other broker was incompetent and mismanaged their clients affairs. It was our expertise which allowed the client to move forward and better their financial picture or he would not have qualified for bank financing and improved his position. And this is the thanks we get. All correspondence to prove is on file. Good luck James, I am happy you where able to improve your position.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
By James from Logan LakeVery unprofessionali have dealt with capri mortgage for a few years now, the previous owners were very good and thorough. the new management does not seem to be at all as involved with helping their clients achieved their mortgage goals. i have been accepted with the bank and now i have had nothing but poor service with the new management of capri mortgage, including not returning calls from myself, wife or the bank. the new management has not provided me with my payout statement and has made this very difficult. i hope you do some shopping around before turning to this business.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
