    Very, very poor customer service.
    Extremely poor customer service. I booked my new driver's road test for today about two or three months ago but put myself on a call list for earlier available test dates. I did get a call, around a month ago, for an earlier test and on the phone I asked if booking an earlier test date would cancel the test that I had booked for today. I was told no. I'm not blaming the employee on the phone, who I'm sure made an honest mistake, but when I came in for my test today I was told blatantly that it would not happen. I had no notice about the cancellation and was very upset about it. Who I assume was the manager that I spoke to (at least he was acting like it) was entirely unwilling to help me in any way. The only solutions that I got from any employees were to sit around and wait all day to see if there was a no-show or to renew my learner's license and book a test in four months with them (which is impossible because I go back to university soon). I work and was already taking time off to take the test. The man I spoke to did not even consult the driving instructor to see if it was possible to fit me in. I was also told that they would not be able to simply call me if there was a no-show, I had to wait in the office. I am very, very upset about this. It's a 20-minute test. How can it be that big of a deal to squeeze in one more 20-minute test in order to make up for a mistake made by an employee of their office? Needless to say, they will not be getting my family's business anymore, and we insure four vehicles with them. I would not recommend booking any tests with this office if this is how they are going to treat (apparently not valued) customers and future customers. A business should at least be willing to admit that a mistake was made and come up with a reasonable solution.
