In my upper Condo, The master bedroom is so cold when the door is shut, you don’t need a fridge in the winter. The condo below can hear “everything “ that goes on in the bathroom, which is disgusting. Last winter a line in the furnace froze; I had to use a hair dryer to thaw it out. This winter the stack on the roof iced up. In order to keep the furnace running, you have to leave the top door of the furnace open as well as the furnace room door. Etc. etc.-
