While other agents simply let me find my own place and tell them I wanted to see it, they actually let me know where the deals were. Knowing that he sells a lot in the area, I interviewed him along with 3 other agents. Thomas stood out from the beginning. He was polite, professional and most importantly, he knew so much about the market. He was able to answer any of my questions, and I felt most comfortable with his selling plan. It was a very stressful situation for me, and he helped me navigate this unknown area with ease. He was always available to answer questions, and it only took a couple of weeks to sell the house. Thomas Keeper was a great real estate agent for me, and I definitely would hire him again. His staff were very friendly and courteous as well. Overall great experience.

I received a recommendation about him from a friend, so I gave him a call. I also interviewed 2 other agents. Ultimately, I chose him because when he came to see my place, he had a detailed plan made up about how he was going to sell the property. He had done the background research and when I asked him questions, he could confidently answer them. This impressed me from the first time I met him. Once my place was listed, he always kept me informed of any feedback from people showing the place, and any changes in the market. I appreciated his honesty and the ease with which I was able to reach him whenever I had questions. We got an offer pretty quickly, and he was really tough during the negotiation process, so I was very happy with the price we ended up at. I still know lots of people in Calgary, so I always send them Thomas's name when they are thinking of buying or selling. If you're reading this, you're probably looking for a good realtor.
