Was under the understanding, and have been told that it was by donation so I normally pay double the price of a cab ride plus a $5 tip. This last time had a quite hostile experience. Paid double the price of a cab ride.. Dave rolled down his window yelled at me that I ripped him off, didn't give me a chance to give him more money.. Then he sped off like a bat out of hell at night in a residential neighborhood. I won't be using this service again Thank you for that experience while I was trying to get home safe-
