She looked closely at both the covers and the trim and told me $14 for both. I was told they would be ready Tuesday. Went in Tuesday, they're not done. Told to come in Wednesday because she would take them home. Went back Wednesday, still not done. Told to come back Thursday (today). Went in today and still not done. Now she's telling me she tried but it would have to be by hand which is total BS. She never even tried. The pillow covers were still folded in half with the plastic tag going through both side so it can't be unfolded with out cutting it and removing it. I pointed that out and now all of a sudden the material is to slippery to do. Again BS. Not only will I NEVER go there again. But I will tell people exactly what type of business she's running.-
