By Ash from Chilliwack(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Nightmare bus depotWhen one purchases a ticket to board a bus in Chilliwack, you are never sure if you will be leaving for your destination on the bus that you have booked a ticket on. There are no gates assigned for which bus to take, they tell you that if you wait in the depot they will announce it. There is two problems with them announcing which bus we should take in this manner. First, I can purchase my ticket two weeks ahead of time, and be at the bus depot nice and early to catch my bus, And some person who has just walked in purchased a ticket 2 minutes before will get to the bus before those that were there early all because there young and can walk faster to where the bus is. Also your speaker system is terrible, we were outside and could not understand what the speaker was saying. When the buses are Scheduled to come in you have people all over the place running from one bus to the other asking is this bus going here or there. The bus drivers are rude and most of the time will not even bother to answer you and when they do they are not pleasant at all. It was especially bad at Xmas time, but many times I have bought a ticket for my kids and they have not been able to board because they say the bus is full. Yet I saw people boarding that bus that had only purchased there ticket 5 minutes before but, because they got to the bus before us who had arrived early and purchased our ticket a week before, they got a seat but not us. AT least if they assigned gates for the bus you are suppose to take if you arrive early you will not have someone that arrives 5 minutes before the bus leaves cut you off in line and take your seat. You bus depot in Chilliwack is really bad. You have nice young people working there on worn out computers and they get all the brunt of this Chaos that is going on there. There must not be any management there.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
