    On Oct.16th, 2018 an Telus employee installed Optic service for my next door neighbor. In this process he cut/pulled all the wires for all my services
    I informed worker, prior to him leaving that he needed to come inside as my services have been cut. (my bill has never been in arrears). He said no, he need to get to the office. I called the office immediately, and waited till 7:00 with no services, answer or when repair were to happen. I work on computer daily as l am an health and safety consultant who does reports. I waited Wednesday, (many calls to Telus), Thursday, (many calls to Telus), and Friday with many calls to Telus, BUT l did contact CCTS to inform them of the bad service, put-offs from Telus. Well, low and behold , l finally got call back and Telus employee (new guy) came to repair my service. He could not believe that condition of the lines. In fact took many pictures and sent back to Telus for review. It took Barrie; sub-contractor for Telus 41/2 hours to restore my communications. I have currently contacted Telus approximately 4 times since to talk about retribution, No such luck. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No apology, the fact l lost 3 days work or the constant disrespect to me. TELUS created the problem. If it was me, l would understand and TELUS would want me to hold up on services. DISGUSTING SERVICES AND NO I WILL NOT SHOW RESOLUTION TO CCTS,,ITS TIME FOR COURT.

    I like many customers wait 3-4 hours to get through customer service. When I filed a complaint with customer relations they direct me back to the people I'm complaining about. Stay away from Telus they care about you until the contract is signed then they will waste hours of your timebti get the service you signed up for.

    i would give no stars if possible
    Yesterday I waited over 3 hours for someone to answer the phone I gave up I am trying again today to see how long it will take before someone answers how am I supposed to make a payment arrangement if no one answers the phone if you have people waiting over 3 hours hire more people it is a wonder you have any customers period
