I'm living there for more than 10 years and I'm having some issues with my neighbours above me. They received the approval from the startaco to change their floor even after I told them that I was against it. Now I can't even watch TV in peace. The noises are always very loud. They also have a massage chair and they frequently use it around 4 in the morning. All the vibration wakes me up every time. I'm complaining and asking for a solution for more than 5 months and nothing was done. The company never took me seriously and all these disturbance is driving me crazy. Definitely it is just a company that doesnt care about anything, I'm very very very disappointed.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
