After spending 6 months at a privately owned facility, the difference in care was astounding. The staff actually interact with the clients and work with them every day. When my husband first went there, they had staff watch him carefully to see what his habits are so they could keep him safe. They made sure the proper equipment was installed for his safety and even painted his room the colour we wanted. When I come to visit or take him home for the weekend, he's always neat and well dressed. I am so thankful that he's in a place where his care is so great. The staff are the most caring I've come across and the management are superb!! Thank you Hylan Home for relieving a lot of stress out of my life and taking such wonderful care of my husband.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend-
