James was professional, polite, hard working and capable. He did a flawless job of booking flights, hotels and car rental for 8 business travelers to Milan Italy and Gotthenburg Sweden. James got us the best prices he could and planned the entire itinerary. The whole trip went off without a hitch! Thank you James for a job well done. I usually travel 2-3 times per year. Arranging through them was the biggest travel mistake I have ever made. Their agent had my reserving with no entire understanding, and also, no help was offered by the customer service. Certainly nothing is done from their side for the end users when there's an issue. They're not at all to be counted once you paid them fully. I would in no way in a million years order through them again. Despite the fact that I managed to chat to both of the customer service manager and customer service department, no satisfying help was given. The firm isn't of good reputation at all. For the last few years I've been using http://theholidayhotels.com and getting first-class results.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
