The rental rates are $ 165.00 per week, or $ 680.00 per month, including utilities. The suites are individually heated and air conditioned and consist of a 4 piece bath, kitchenette and bed-sitting room, furnished with a chest of drawers, dining chair, easy chair, coffee table, end table and lamp. Sorry we do not provide bed linens, bathroom supplies, or kitchenware; however we invite our tenants to make use of the complementary Wi-Fi service. Cable-TV (67 channels) is $ 10.00 per week ($ 40.00 per month) additional. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and there is ample paved parking on site.
