About two weeks ago he came to my home, on a Thursday, arriving about 4 hours late, and sought to fix my pressure washer. He drained out the old gasoline (stale) and charged me $105 and left after 45 minutes with it supposedly being fixed. The very next day (Friday) I started up the pressure washer, began to use it and it died after using it for about a 1/2 hour, and also I noticed it was leaking gasoline which it never did before. I called Bill and he suggested that perhaps there was a puncture hole in the carb filter (which he had removed the previous day) and also suggested that perhaps also the starter coil had failed. He agreed to return the next day ( Saturday) at 1:30pm, At 4 pm on Saturday, I called him and asked him if he was coming. He said yes, that he was running late and would arrive around 5pm. He never showed up nor did he call to cancel. I called him the next day (Sunday) twice but he did not return my phone calls. I have given up on him and have since arranged for a reputable and competent repair shop to fix my pressure washer. Use this individual at your own risk as once you pay him, if the repair fails, or if he breaks something, he will have your money and you will never see him again.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
