He came to my house...he was at his shop in Maple Ridge and lives in Vancouver...and picked up my vacuum and brought it back to my house fixed for a very reasonable fair price the next day! He doesn't normally do pick ups or deliveries but was going to be driving by my place and offered to do it. Such a nice man, him and his wife. Just don't see customer service like this anymoreYes, I would recommend this to a friend-
