Commercial Office Cleaning Services/ Residential Housekeeping Services 1-Residential:- Dust and Clean with a damp cloth Windowsills and ledges/ Furniture dusted (horizontal edges, items removed and replaced)/• Remove smudge marks from all doors and walls.Molding and corners dusted. • Vacuum carpet(s)• Sweep, mop all hardwood floors.• Garbage emptied. Empty, Clean, and dump all waste receptacles and remove all waste and rubbish from the premises, wash receptacles as necessary. Remove trash liners as needed to prevent odors, spills or any offensive appearance. 2-Commercial Office cleaning 1. Empty all desk-side receptacles marked "RECYCLING" and dispose of contents at the outside bin. 2. Empty all external ashtrays, screen sand all urns nightly and supply or replace sand as necessary and applicable. * Sand to be used in urns to be supplied by the Client. 3. Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in office, lobbies, and corridors. 4. Dust and wipe clean with damp or treated cloth all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, window sills, and other horizontal surfaces. 5. Remove all finger marks and smudges from all vertical surfaces, including doors, frames, around light switches, entrance glass.
