They are rude, unprofessional and never keep their word. I made appointments via email, only to show up and them telling me they had rescheduled my appointments. I live an hour away!!! I spent about $250 for nothing. What a disgrace.
By Sue from CanadaCustomer ReviewI had my appointment on Monday I arrived there 15 mintutes early but no one was there and I waited half an hour outside, a man from other office saw me sitting on the floor and waiting and he asked me if I am waiting for epic laser I said yes he told me then good luck their business is closed and soup law people came last week and they waited and called the cops after, I prepaid them directly die my one full year and all I did is 2 treatments! Does anyone know what to do next? Their phone number has been disconnected and they are not replying to my emails! How can I get my money back?

I have tried numerous attempts to make an appointment here finally contacted Groupon and explained my issue with the business. Then They finally booked my appointments by doubling them to 3 appointments instead of 6, at this point I just wanted to get them done. My first appointment was today September 19 at 11:15am, how I knew my appointment was at 11:15am was they emailed me a confirmation. I arrived early as it was a first time visit and I wanted to be on time, after a long 45 min drive. I get there and the lady at the front desk was there and told me I missed my appointment it was at 10:40. They lied. I said well if it was it's 10:50 can I still get in? I was tired of them. She said she would only honor half of the treatment as I was late. She them redeemed the voucher. I sat down and she crossed out the service time from 60 mins to 15! Then Asked me to sign off of the paperwork. It said only then on the paper that the service could not be offered to those with metal plates, I said I have screws in my jaw is that OK? She said no. She said she would not do the service. I asked for a refund and she said contact Groupon. they took my voucher as redeemed, said my appoint is forfeited cause I showed of late when really they changed my appointment without a phone call to confirm with me. i have proof of the confirmation of my appointment. They stole my money, wont answer my calls or emails. They are a terrible business and they ripped me off!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

I ordered unlimited laser hair removal treatment on teambuy for this company and I have had nothing but problems. My first appointment they rescheduled for no reason, 3 times, gave me a new time without even checking with me, you always have to go through email because they never answer the phone. And after all that when I arrived for my appointment they said I was 45 min early even though I had the email confirmation of my time. They also had no idea who i was and kept getting me mixed up with someone for a totally different treatment, they looked SO confused, i had to verbally confirm with them twice to make sure. Second visit was ok, the girl was really nice but when I left to the front to rebook the receptionist wasn't there, I waited 10 min before I tried calling the office WHILE I was in there to get her attention and that didn't work. As much as I want to finish treatments to get what I paid for Im not sure if its worth it.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
