By Very Disappointed in this TERRIBLE company. from Montréal(5 of 7 customers found this review helpful)2 Thumbs down on after sales service! Buy Elsewhere.Terrible After-Sales Service sums it up. I bought 2 couches from VIA Furniture totaling approx. $10,000. After waiting months for these couches, they finally came but with 2 damages. One had a little burn mark and torn stitching along the leather seams. The delivery guys call to inform them and so did I numerous times. After 1 month of BS from Via saying someone will contact you in a couple of days - but NO-ONE ever does. Their policy is once they have your money, you are on your own! So basically, I paid close to 10K for damaged couches from a Mickey Mouse Company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM- There are actually REAL companies that will stand behind their merchandise. Via Furniture RUNS from them.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
