I have been happy until just recently that is...I went to pick up some new calendar numbers and a few math booklets and i have to say I received the worst customer service to date. There was about twenty minutes left before close and I first overheard a sales representative tell a customer of the closing time, which I understand everyone wants to go home, I myself am a commuter so I understand, but it was very unprofessional with that amount of time left. When I was ready to check out, I hadn't even reached the counter when the same sales representative told me I couldn't get my numbers laminated today, I am aware the machine needs to warm up yet when I walked in, someone was getting something laminated so I don't understand what the issue was that day. I told her I didn't have the time to come back and put my things on the counter and the reaction I got was very sarcastic and rude so I left. I am not trying to cause waves, that is not a motive I have.What I am saying is after decorating my classroom last year with coloured monkeys, safety tips, how do YOU say hello? Wall Decor, shapes and so much more, not to mention spending what has to be hundreds on kindergarten resource books and pattern books over the last couple years especially, that I expect a certain level of respect for that loyalty. - Rheannon Macdonald R.E.C.E-
