    The absolute worst customer service you will experience is with the Customer Service Manager Denis R. I had an issue with a web order and was helped and assured the order would be processed and shipped the next day. I called 4 days later to follow up and there is no trace of my order in their system. To top it off, the manager insinuates that I did not in fact speak to someone regarding my order and insists I place the order online again. But the PRESALE Promotion with BONUS which is what I ordered to begin with is no longer available online which is why I spoke to representative/Manager Denis R. In the first place. Awful customer service and a waste of time with no resolution.

    I bought a recycled system with a two year warranty from these guys at Rideau centre I brought it home to set up and I couldn't because it wouldn't read the controller the guy assured me it was inspected I brought it back and they said I couldn't get my money back five hundred bucks and they want me to take a store credit I'll never buy from that store again way overpriced
