    Difficult customer situation resolved to the satisfaction of both parties
    First Vancouver Finance provided a line of credit to Lux Marketing Group Inc dba Lux Communications with a loan and security agreement dated December 2012. The account was handled as agreed. In January 2015 they notified First Vancouver that they wish to wind up the line of credit line over the next two months. The original shareholders were splitting up and moving on to other ventures. One of the shareholders was going to continue with a new version of Lux Marketing Group Inc dba Lux Communications In an effort to change over the customers to this new company he changed the remittance addresses for money that was due to First Vancouver without any notice. They then received money that belonged to First Vancouver and was meant to pay down the line of credit. They didn't have the money to pay it back at that time so we had to put them in default. After notice of default and claim for payment was sent to the customer they sent a check to First Vancouver to settle the balance of the Lux debt. Those monies have been properly applied to the remaining outstanding balance owed on the line of credit. The balance of the check after the payoff was returned to Lux. Both Companies have signed a settlement, termination and release agreement dated June 10th 2015. The matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

    An Unethical Company
    We did business with FVF for 2 years. When our contract was over a client accidentally deposited a large sum of money into their bank account. For weeks they have avoided emails and won't return calls, and I am now forced to take legal action to attempt to get the money that doesn't belong to them.
