We operate under the Controlled Goods Program (Canadian equivalent of ITAR) in a 125,000 square foot (11,650m2) manufacturing plants, 20,000 square foot warehouse and employ 200 full time staff located at the heart of the continent in Winnipeg, Canada. We are certified under ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 (AIR 5359 REV B) and are also accredited through NADCAP. We also hold many other certifications including AS7114 for Non-destructive Testing, Penetrant Inspection BAC 5423, Liquid Penetrant BSS 7039, Chemical Cleaning Alkaline, Emulsion, Semi-Aqueous, Solvent, Salt Spray Testing ASTM-B-117, Painting-Epoxy, High Solids BAC 5736, BMS 10-11, Mil-P-23377, Painting BAC 5882, BMS 10-79. Our production floor maintains several lines of major equipment. Our Engineers provide superior Process Planning, CNC Programming, and Configuration Control. We also provide Paint, CARC, Non Destructive Testing LPI and MPI, Anodizing, Inventory management and final inspection in house. With unyielding integrity, we continually improve our processes using data analysis and lean principles to consistently deliver defect free products on time to each other and our customers.
