Great place to work if you enjoy being treated poorly by management. Hard working staff in this place that are like a family. It is sad to see so many dedicated and skilled young people that will never have a chance to move up in this company. Always recruiting new upper staff then set them up for failure. At my time at Dupar, I have seen 5 new people who have applied for an upper management position and have been terminated within their three month probation. Simply because they set you up to fail.
With all that said , there are a ton of great people that work here and are willing to teach you about the jobs.
