By Vanessa from CalgaryHorrible in every aspectI don't normally write reviews but i felt i had to in this case before anyone else has an experience like mine. First off, the rooms are filthy.. when i walked into my room you could tell the people who stayed before me had readjusted all the furniture and it was never put back, the counter tops were still dirty never got wiped down & my feet were sticking to the ground. Thank god I know what hotels are all about and brought my own bedding cause by the way things looked they likely never changed the bedding. the staff was nothing but rude. I asked for a hair dryer as they do not come in the room u have to ask front desk and they looked at me like i was stupid and said there werent any without taking a look. there is supposed to be laundry services yet the door was locked the whole 2 days i stayed and each time i asked for entry id get a different excuse. AND the website for this hotel is completely false. they renovated one floor of the crack shack and show the pics of those rooms on the site. the place is a grimy dive. filthy and disgusting, in all honesty if you anyone is considering staying here you are much better spendng the bit of extra cash to stay somewhere half decent or even showering at a truck stop and spending the night in your car. Its really that bad. never againNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
