    BUSINESS SERVICES: Chartered flights to the Caribbean from Toronto;handled by SUNLINK in Montreal; PRODUCTS: SUNWING -Straight flight Montreal-St.Vincent CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1.My suitcase got lost;i didn't receive it in St.Vincent, luckily on my way back I searched for it & located it at Toronto Pearson Airport at" the Swiss Post" which handles lost luggage following up didn't produce results in St.Vincent,still they at the airport did their best, for lack of info from Toronto people or confirmation that they did have my suitcase; Will wait to see how reimbursement of items like toiletries are carried out; the yellow slip needs complete info. 2.BUSINESS ADDRESS:Address of the business on Victoria Ave. is still nr 6887and needs updating to 6991 Victoria Ave, on the internet; 3.as flying Company SUNWING needs to e-mail or post flight bookings/confirmations to their customers as a normal professional pratice; 4.the van service Montreal to Toronto airport & return is well managed by a good driver;
