Lady on the phone asked me if it was an appraisal for the bank or personal, I answered the question. I have no appraisal knowledge so didn't state that the appraisal was for a commercial building. Received a call from the senior accountant who asked me why I wasted their time by getting the appraiser to come to my community (which I didn't) without stating that it was a commercial building? Guy hung up on me when I tried to explain the conversation I had with the lady I spoke with that morning. Super condescending and rude guy. Would not recommend.-
