I shopped around at few store and by far Mike's Carpet had the best price and exceptional customer service. We had a in home estimate by Mike. Following week we had the install. We did not have to wait for the products cause they had a lot in stock and a lot of colors to choose from. I would use Mike's Carpet again and any of flooring service.

The rep that came out for the estimate was knowledgeable and in no way pushy at all. He even helped us pick a laminate color for our home. The communication from the rep, as well as the office was excellent. They are a great company with good prices, great materials, and excellent customer service. Came here this past summer to pick out laminate and carpet for our living room and bedrooms. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very helpful. I told them my budget and they helped me find the flooring the fit my budget. I went to 4 different tile stores in the area and found them to be the cheapest with the same quality flooring. I had a estimate done by Mike and within a week installation began! Installers were great to work with. Definitely will go back!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We search the internet and found that Mikes flooring had a great promotion on high quality laminate flooring. We contact them. The receptionist Kelly is very friendly, knowledgeable answered all of our questions. She took our information and passed it our to Mike for the in home estimate. Mike called the next day and booked the estimate the same day. He is pleasant to talk to you. He brought samples out for us to look at. We explained the situation we are in. He understood and booked us in for the installation 4 days after the estimate. The installer were also a pleasure to work with. They worked in a timely manner. We had them remove the old carpet, install new laminate and install new baseboard and transition. We did not run in any problems. Our floors look very good. Can wait to show them off to our family. And the best part is that we save a lot of money by going with Mikes Carpet & Flooring. We highly recommend Mike's Carpet & Flooring
By Grace from Richmondnew floors new carpetIt is a pleasure to share my experience with doing business with Mikes Carper & Flooring We were moving into a new place and we needed some work done on the floors. The existing hardwood floors were nice but they were heavily scratched and damaged by neglect from the previous owners. I contacted Mikes Carpet & Flooring and they were able to come the same day for a in home estimate and complete the job within a week.. They sand and refinished the hardwood. Since I had Mike at at our for the in home estimate I asked him to measure the bedrooms as well so I can change the carpet. The price was reasonable for the refinishing the wood and changing the carpet. I decide to do both. The hardwood floors looked so much better the new carpet looks beautiful! Pricing was incredibly reasonable, costing us less than 1/5 the cost of what a new floor installation would be. Super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff who I would definitely recommend if work done on floors Thank you for helping us move to our new home with new floors.

The job was scheduled as soon as we made the deposit so we did not have to wait weeks to get an installation date. The installation team was professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anybody else
By Betsy from SurreyNew Flooring for New Home - Mikes Carpet best service!My husband and I were looking for a place who could do carpeting to our home that we jus recently bought. After shopping around, we decided to stop by Mikes Carpet & Flooring as we heard they have great service and sales. We browsed through flooring options for our new house. Kelly was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. She answered all of our questions and showed us many samples while explaining the pros and cons of each. We decided to do laminate in the living room, dining room, entrance and hallway as it is scratch resistant (we have pets so we knew they would scratch the floor) The laminate we chose looks like hardwood and beautiful Brazilian Cherry. We put half Berber and plush carpet in the bedrooms and stairs. Originally I wanted Berber but Berber is not soft so I was pleased to see that they have half and half this way the carpet is still soft and durable. It is the Hilton Head carpet. It had great warranty and was stain proof which also was a bonus for as in case one of our pets had an accident. I had new baseboard put in. I chose to have them stay primed white and not painted. The transition pieces were real wood and stained to match my floor. The installation went smoothly. It started out by them ripping up the old floor on the main floor and installing the laminate. They finished the laminate installation in one day. The following day we had the carpet put it and it was also finished in one day. The installers were polite and work hard to finish the floors in a professional manner. I had done a lot of comparison shopping prior to Mikes Flooring, Mikes Flooring had high Quality, best Price and most of all trustworthy!
By TonyKHO from CoquitlamHARDWOOD FLOORSHaving done my research,I have decided to contract Mikes Flooring to replace our dining and living room carpets and hallway with brand new hardwood flooring. It was a wonderful experience working with them. Kelly, Mike, Sadik others were all pleasant, accommodating and efficient. The in home estimate was what convinced us because Mike spent 30 minutes with us. Went over all the details and the process of changing the carpet to hardwood. Mike gave us some tips with regards to the nosing at the top of the basement stairs which were finished with the same hardwood as the adjoining rooms. Sadik the installer was professional. A pleasure to work with and a hard worker as he barley took any breaks.The Job took two days to finish. The installation team arrived on time everyday and were very professional. I would call and have Mike to the in home estimate. Make sure you have about half an hour cause its good to go over every detail. There are things you would never think of until Mike brings it up. For us we knew we wanted hardwood but definitely ask questions on the different type of floors. The end results is stunning.
