Victory Thrift Store

The Victory Thrift Store is a non-profit organization based in Canmore which provides local residents with a great place to shop for affordable necessities, furniture, clothing and much much more. Not only a store, but the money spent at Victory Thrift goes back into the community. By shopping and donating you help fund local school scholarships, subsidized homegrown sports teams, and provide props & costumes for community theatre projects. Two of our biggest projects are the Jacket Fost and Back to School programs which have also been helping families for more than 10 years. The Thrift Store is a social hub in Canmore, where on any given day, friends and neighbors meet while dropping off donations or shopping. We are well-regarded as part of the Bow Valley's recycling efforts and are grateful to a very supportive community which provides us with fantastic items which we can offer as a "green" alternative to other retail shopping. We have had visitors from as far away as Europe, from the southern U.S and Asia; be sure to put us on your"things to do in the Canadian Rockies" list!
