I received a call in the afternoon from dr pittaway that my dog now had a whistle and he had removed 6 teeth. I had never had any discussions about any teeth that needed to be extracted or gum disease. I did not give my consent to have the teeth out and he had no right to do this. My dog is now suffering from his actions. Stay away-
