My parents recommended me there the staff were very helpful and I just purchased a Honda Civic and I love it! Got a great deal on it and it was in amazing shape. Right from the start, I was treated like a valued customer. Never once I felt like I was dealing with a pushy salesman or rushed. The whole team went beyond what many will to get me the car that I really wanted even if it didn't fit the financing, They have definitely built a long term customer. I shopped around finding the best deal and brought me here to That Car Place the sales team made me feel comfortable. I know that I will be well taken care of especially with the reduced service department labour rate for as long as I own the vehicle. By Donald from London(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Beats my expectationI have to say it was a surprise to me to deal with a used car dealership and come out ahead lol, i have baugh 8 used cars before, and i always get the short end of the stick if you know what i mean, but for a change this time was different, whatever the salesman promised was delivered, and whatever he told me that was wrong with vehicle i was purchasing like the rear power door locks on one side don't unlock with the remote, little stuff but usually no body mentions it, in this case I felt that they told me what they knew, anyhow i was impressed with that but I didn't tell the salesman:-) Oh and they had a promotion going on like spin the wheel and I won a nice tool kit I kept in my trunk, On the delivery day the car was spotless and ofcourse it snowed that night and had to get dirty again, great deal and felt very good about the staff inside, didn't feel like I represnt a dollar sign only to them, I highly reccomend them. We did some researching and found That Car Place and that was the best thing we ever did. Not only did they get us financing so we could re establish our credit and get us the vehicle that suits our budget, they recommended us to a much better insuance company that saves us money as well as told us to come back after a year of paying our monthly payments that they could refinance us a better rate as we just went through a bankrupcy. I have to say they pretty much went above and beyond then other dealerships we have gone to. After all they did for us, I reffered my Aunt she was in the market for buying a vehicle and happy to say she was very pleased got her what she wanted within her budget a 08 Jeep Compass. The staff were out of the ordinary. Delivered the car on time as promised. You guys at that car place ROCKS! I will come back in few years for my son when he turn 16.-
