    lack of professionalism
    I was recommended by my friend to this place. It was a big mistake. The clinic has a long late waiting time. Usually, It's more then hour late for your schedule time. When got in, the dental assistant(s) were usually inexperience or unprepared. Some of them were even rude. Dr Teresa was famous in very hot temper and yelled alot. She even yelled at some customers. I was once got hit on the mouth by her because she was unhappy with her assistant of not doing the proper job. Due to inexperience and lack of professionalism, watch out for the equipment(s) not be sanitizes properly.

    Money Grubbers
    This place was recommend to me by my mother (big mistake).I am single and employed but still waiting for my dental coverage, I came to this dental clinic hoping they can help me with my recent dental issues. I explained my situation in which I'm currently not covered in any dental plan, they basically took me in for 15 mins or less looked at my teeth and took some x-rays and basically give me the bill for inspection and quote's on my options.Basically i was treated like some piece of crap customer at a Mc'donalds poked and prod, then i was given the i have to get this or that done or ELSE. i wasn't given any helpful advice other than to keep my receipts for taxes...this visit at the dental clinic felt more like a trying to figure a bank loan because was really talk about was how i was gonna pay for the procedures and show some video clips.. i'm never coming back, this isn't a issue of money.I HATE going to a place that pose to take care of you, but instead treats you like a cow that they can milk money from.
