He was quick to make and deliver a custom built in sofa for me prior to his holiday in Florida to collect his money…..$2,300 to be exact. He installed the sofa at 10 pm the evening before his holiday so that he could get his money. Following that, I asked him for several months to redo two wing chairs that I had spoken to him about for 5 months. He promptly informed me that he was very busy and had "large" orders to fill and I would have to wait my turn…..possibly until the end of August!!!! He took 2 months to pick up the chairs and after keeping them for a month, called and said that he could not redo the chairs as he could not find legs for them. He promptly dropped them off!!! Mr. Shuttleworth was quick to take an order from me last year when business was poor but has no loyality or customer service to speak of now that he is busy. I would certainly not recommend him to anyone seeking quality and committment to customer service.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
