Daughter went for two years starting at 18 months. First year ok. Second year problems. She didn't like going anymore and cried always. I should've paid attention to this. Administration doesn't individualize and make exceptions to our needs (teachers interaction and dietary). Second year teacher resigned. Some staff were unhappy- that's clear sign turnover- pay attention to turnover. If you don't have time to question things on surface this school looks good. How many homes you look at before buying? Do same research for your kids daycare/school. Not this one!!!
We took our child out after a year. Too many problems and didn't feel like we were listened to. If you're paying extra for the "private" setting , we expected a higher level if service. Didn't deliver on that. Too many upfront fees we lost. Oh well, it's an experience we won't forget.

Be careful if choosing to send your child here- North Hill private school at Dufferin and Rutherford. While the director and her daughter are good in selling their school, the school lacks integrity on many levels. They have issues with organization and communication which will be evident once you keep a close watch on what really goes on. High staff turnover from the assistants who left to ECE teacher who recently left. At first glance it is clean and spacious with many resources in the classes for the children. However, we found the teachers were not invested in caring for our child the way a caregiver needs to be. Moreover, the food seems healthy but they will not accommodate as was in our case after repeated pleas and requests after having problems. If you want to spend money on child care look around at other facilities. You will find better. We did, but after wasting our money at this school. It's a glorified daycare and not a private school.
