    Do not go to this place
    For anyone interested in not ruining their new clothes, DO NOT EVER go to this place. I gave a new suit pant for dry cleaning to this place. My husband wore it only once for a wedding party. It came back with four holes. Two holes that went through both sides of the leg piece. Very apparent for anyone on a first look something sharp has poked through in their process. As soon as I came home and saw this I called the store. Tthe lady at the counter who took and gave my cloth, asked me to come over next day to see the manager. I went the next day. I Have never experienced such indifferent , uncaring and idiotic customer service. The manager /owner looked at it and said, it didn't happen there. I asked him, if those tears were there before , why should I give it for dry cleaning, I would rather throw it away. He agreed to that also. I asked him , do they not check before if there were damage. He has no answer, but no solution also. He is such an idio***, what else to say. I asked him his name. He said K.C, doesn't have any full name it appears! His lady all this time had disappeared to the back, because she very well knew their mistake! In the end, a new $500/-suit to be thrown away!
