Through an empathetic and judgement free zone I walk alongside you as you navigate overwhelming life situations such as grief, anxiety, depression, stress, and addiction. I am passionate about working with bereaved parents and clients experiencing grief and loss. The impact that the death of a child has on your family is beyond words. Losing a loved one is itself is an immensely difficult & painful experience to endure. Losing a child is its own unique experience & one that is less frequently understood by others. You're having a hard time coping and you feel as though nobody understands you. Sometimes, even your spouse doesn't seem to understand, as you each have your own unique way of coping with the pain and grief. Through an empathetic and judgement free zone, I walk alongside you, you are not alone. As a bereaved parent myself, I can offer a unique perspective and understanding to your pain. I offer a therapy space where you can be yourself, a place that welcomes you as you are, in all your true colours, with your raw & unedited thoughts & emotions. My therapy style is a mix of CBT, Emotionally Focused, and Person Centered, or whatever best suits you as the client.
