Gaia Counselling and Psychotherapy

Gaia Counselling and psychotherapy provides a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to mental health and well-being to individuals, children, youth and families by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor in Vancouver, British Columbia. In Gaia Counselling we see therapy as a journey to self-discovery and healing where understanding and acknowledging oneself is the key for that change to occur. Change has to come from within so that it lasts. Acknowledging that not every person is the same, and that each individual has their own experiences as well as their interpretation of those experiences, we provide personalized therapy. We believe that each person is unique and as therapists, we meet clients where they are at. We also believe that each person can heal themselves and we are excited to walk together in their journey of self-discovery and healing.
