      BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

What is wet-concrete coring? The use of hollow, diamond-tipped bits to create a hole through concrete floors or walls; water is used to clear away debris and cool the bit. What can concrete coring do for you? This is the ideal method for creating holes through the foundation of your home, whether for air-conditioning, HVAC, intake/exhaust ports for high efficiency furnaces, dryer vents, outside-access water lines or gas utilities. Yes, you can use a hand-held hammer-drill to achieve the same result but it can cause damage to the foundation, such as cracks or blow-out, especially with old foundations, whereas, wet-coring, aside from the anchoring process, is smooth (non-jarring). Do you need to access underneath your basement floor? The most popular way to gain access underneath your basement floor is to use a jack-hammer. While this method is tried and true, it is extremely loud and the resulting dust will cover everything in your basement, including inside and outside of your furnace ducts. There is another solution called ‘stitch-drilling’; using the same method for coring single holes, simply overlap each hole to create the desired opening. This method is non-invasive to your home in comparison, and creates no dust at all. The resulting concrete ‘cores’ are far easier to manage as opposed to broken up rubble. Please see photos. This is a service whereby, customer satisfaction is the pinnacle concern; this is accomplished by providing good workmanship, reliability and accountability. Available for residential, commercial and industrial needs.
