By Bad from ReginaTerrible Service-Cross your fingers and pray CAA does not go thru ABC for towingToday we called CAA as our car got stuck in the snow. CAA advised that it would take up to 70 minutes for a tow to come. That was at 7:30 in the morning at 9:00 am, we did not hear anything.WE called CAA and they advised that ABC had tried to get a hold of us and that we were not answering the phones. Well my husband was standing in his jacket waiting for someone to get him- he confirmed our home phone number with CAA and they were going to call ABC so ABC could call us to arrange to tow the car. Some very unintelligent 'woman' from ABC called yelling that she had called us numerous times and that we did not answer- I told her that because she was calling a totally different number now that obviously she was given the wrong number so she did not attempt to call us once. This was after she spoke to my very mild husband I got on the line because he sounded frustrated and he normally is not. The lying unprofessional thing told me that he was swearing at her when he did not- I told her that he was not swearing but I sure would be. This thing also told us to leave the keys in the car- hello the car has already been sitting for over three hours because you are so incompetent that you don't know what prefix the phone numbers can have in Regina when you call a number that is to be located in REGINA and it says that you have called a number that long distance charges apply then you have the wrong number. ABC sucks very useless and the phone operator should maybe go back to school because she does not know how to deal with people nor just she know how to take accountability for her actions the company that she works for actions and there HUGE LACK OF inaction.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

I waited that morning until 8:10 a.m. and called Alpine to see if there was a problem. The phone rang 8 times and ended with a message saying nobody was available to take my call and to call back. I called 9 more times between 8:10 and 9:05 all without someone answering. My car is on the street in a two hour zone, I have no vehicle this weekend and I never did get a call back from Alpine. Deplorable service like this can end if we stop giving businesses like this our money.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
