Yet there is one who needed a form filled out for a scooter from Teleimerical; this was started in June 2015 and only received promises of we are short staff due to holidays being taken, someone will call you within a certain time, etc. It is end of August 2015 with the form from occupational therapist still needing to be done. There is no out right rejection or follow up calls that were promised. I have been told this is not the norm and this is the first case of this kind. I am not sure of the reasoning behind the actions just a lot of confusion on it.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
