By Jim from WindsorPoor service and customer carePools by Angelo abandoned me in the middle of a service call. After weeks of not returning phone calls they had the nerve to ask for $155 payment for about 5 - 10 minutes of actual work. After complaining they agreed to adjust the amount but adjusted it by a different amount than was agreed to. I complained that they did not make the adjustment as agreed. Regardless of phone calls and in person follow up I'm still being ignored. This is among the worst customer care and service that I've experienced in my 50+ years.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
