    This is a great place to live. Excellent management of this building. Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well maintained. New windows, elevators, big private balconies with amazing view. This a very friendly building with many tenants who have lived here for years. Big bright laundry room, lovely pool and gym. I like that everything is very close by. Good variety of grocery stores either across the street or a 2 minute walk from here. The TTC, post office, coffee shops, pharmacies, to name a few are also very close by. The building is very secure as well as underground parking. There are on- sight live in staff, all who are friendly and attentive, ensuring tenants are comfortable and happy with their apartments. Janitors are always washing floors and vacuuming and it’s a pleasure to come home to bright clean building. I’ve lived here for over a decade and I have only seen improvements and upgrades that make living here very comfortable and enjoyable. Work orders are dealt with quickly and professionally. This is my home and there is a nice community of neighbours in this building who reflect the positive attitude of Avro Management. Besides loving my apartment, this building couldn’t be better located for getting around Toronto with great ease.
