I was given some friendly instructions to help with the installation and the proprietor recommended some parts that I should buy. I purchased the parts from Nu-Star but after completing the installation I found the parts they had recommended were not needed. I went back to the store only days later to return the unopened parts and was told very rudely that they do not accept returns. The owner was very condescending as he suggested I was an idiot for thinking any store would ever accept returns on electronics. He stated that I was told of this policy at the time of my purchase which was completely untrue. Its clear to me now that Nu-Star was only interested in getting my money and never interested in actually being helpful. I definitely won’t be giving them any business in the future.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
