Established in 1978 as a privately owned Canadian Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarder, Jim Barriere, the founder remains actively involved in all aspects of BGL's direction and growth, along with 3 generations of the Barriere family. We are also proud of our many longstanding employees. Several, who have provided loyal service to BGL and our customers for over 30 years. BGL has experienced consistent growth and quality of service due to the strength of its relationships with our clients and our partnering agents in over 60 countries.
