Aradia Fitness

Aradia Fitness is Canada’s premiere pole dancing and sensual movement for fitness studio. Aradia Fitness Calgary prides themselves on their lively and energetic instructors. With instructors of different ages, body types and fitness backgrounds, they each bring something different to their classes. Our focus is on technique and safety and as such, they all must complete certification requirements to teach Pole Dancing and Sensual Movement. With foundations in yoga, pilates and dance, Aradia offers fitness classes specifically tailored for a woman’s body. Aradia takes a holistic approach to fitness offering benefits that serve a woman’s mind, body and soul. Students gain confidence as they build physical strength, flexibility and conditioning. Students also gain a sense of wellness as they learn to adore, celebrate and flaunt every curve of their body. Our pole dance classes are lighthearted, warm and full of laughter.
