You cannot purchase any type of bakery goods, between the hours of 11:00 pm to 5.30am. Aprox 95% of the time. The worst of all is having to walk to your coffee shop, when one suffers with physical disabilitiy's to buy a expensive Ice Cap only to find out the machine is down or its being cleaned, lets not forget that im very lucy if it is filled up, they are usually just above half full and at $3.50 for a drink consisting they mainly of ice and cream you think you could get your moneys worth its insulting. On the rare occasion that i do happen to land an ice cap 9 times out 10 its not even ice its slush. I dont recall the menu offering (slightly half full slushies) if you can manage to come in when the machine is working we would be happy to serve you. Sorry! but this is very poor service. Perhaps the staff could post a regular schedualed time to clean their machines and post it,so customers like myself will know when not to waste their time going there. On a percentage I would have to say that i am very lucky from 20 visits I might leave with half decent Ice Cap 5 times if I could get one at all. Not a very happy customer. Rating is 000000 stars-
