However this Monday I was in to purchase a few items from your hardware dept. and was waited on by a wonderful young lady by the name of Veronica who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable found me what I needed & even personally walked me over to the tool department where a lovely young man by the name of Jeff personally helped me out by cutting the rod I had purchased to the exact size I needed. Both your employees went beyond the call of duty . I would like to thank them again I for one went home a very satisfied & very happy customer and was able to fix my long neglected mailbox myself. I could have bought a new one but rather prefer the old one. So thanks again Home Depot, Veronica & Jeff. Sincerely Jen jackson-
